Game 3 could not have gone much worse than it did for the St.Louis Blues as the Boston Bruins walked all over them and took a 2-1 Series lead. The Bruins will look to head back to Boston with a chance to clinch the cup in front of their home fans. The Blues aim to get the series even and make sure they come back to St.Louis for a game 6.

Undisciplined hockey continues to haunt St.Louis as they just haven't been able to stay out of the box. They were able to avoid it hurting them for the first two games but, game 3 was a different story. Boston scored on all four of their powerplay opportunities, not only that, they scored on all 4 shots they took. I've said this before and ill say it again, St.Louis needs to stay out of the box, if they don't, this series will be over.

For the first time this season Jordan Binnington looked like the moment got the best of him. He had been the back bone of the Blues since the middle of the season but game 3 was his worst performance of the year. Now, not all of the goals were his fault as he didn't have much help in front of him but he was pulled and replaced by Jake Allen in the third period. Blues coach Craig Berube has confirmed that Binnington will get the start in game 4. I look for him to have a much better performance in tonights game as he's proved he is capable of being able to bounce back after a bad performance. He will have to be at the top of his game just like his counterpart Tuukka Rask who has been stellar all postseason long.

Boston's top guys have been great all series. Patrice Bergeron had a five point game (2G 3A) in game 3, while David Pastrnak and Brad Marchand each picked up an assist. If their success continues in game 4 the Bruins will cruise to another victory as they have been firing on all cylinders. Along with the help they have been getting from their depth players such as Sean Kuraly, Noel Acciari, and Joakim Nordstrom if they keep producing it will be tough for the Blues to get back into this series.

St.Louis is going to need a big game out of their star players to get this series even at 2-2. Vladimir Tarasenko was kept off the score sheet in game 3 and the Blues will need him to have an impact. Along with Tarasenko look for Ryan O'Reilly, David Perron, and Brayden Schenn to lead the charge offensively in game 4 for the Blues. These guys will need to come out and get the crowd involved early on in the game. I expect some big hits and some quality chances early on from the Blues.

The physical play has not been disappointing in the series and I look for it to continue tonight. These two team have some big bodies and they haven't had a problem throwing their weight around. The first three games have been exciting and game 4 should be no different. My prediction is the Blues get some early chances and rely on their hometown fans to keep the energy up and give them an advantage. St.Louis has been a resilient team all year long and I look for them to bounce back and pickup the win in game 4. Heading back to Boston with the series all tied up at 2 games a piece. Make sure you tune in tonight at 8PM EST on NBC!
